Just because I do XC even if I'm not in shape to race because it is good training (which a lot of people do), doesn't stop XC being a race. Anyway, fetch tells me I have completed 49 races, all my races are logged on here. Includes sport relief 2006 (mile) and 2008 (3 mile). Also Phil, sounds like you run too fast.

Saying that it can happen because other internet forums make the same mistake isn't really a justification for it in my view. I'm blaming hippo anyway. Don't think I don;t know what you are doing hippo! I did another race over the weekend, I'm catching you all up
