Did lots of foam roller last night. Did some ice and elevate at weekend, but keep forgetting in evenings. Must do more ice! ![]() |

Have been bad and not done any for a few days, but have just done clams (20 each side), some opposite arm and leg raises (10 each side), 10 bridges, a plank, and some toe-tappy balance thing the physio gave me last time I was there. I will aim to do some more this evening, and possibly some foam rolling.
