Congratulations on the 1000 words RM, essays are much tougher than marathons.

Good luck at Chester! My next one will be Abingdon a couple of weeks later.

Only got 100 words left to try and get through. Then going to go and have a well earned pi** up, as its been 6 weeks now since I had a drink, which is a long time for a fresher at uni. Sunday was definitely worth it though.

Psimon
Cybarev, thanks for sharing the video. Seems to be quite a bit of the 3:15 pacer :)

Psimon, just to let you know it wasn't me that made the film. No way could I go at that pace!

Went for 4 mile run offroad yesterday, very much a run/walk cos we kept getting lost. Day before (Tuesday) I did a Body Pump class and Body Combat class, didn't feel too bad just dropped the weights back on the legs slightly. I was going to do Body Attack tomorrow but I've got to go to school assembly now. A nice 5 or 6 miles tomorrow evening will probably be on the cards. Dare I say I feel recovered now, maybe not if I tried speedy runs but day to day I feel absolutely fine.
