I did get a high-five with Seb Coe, but the going was tough as it was warm and passing so many people was really difficult. Made it to South Shields in 1.44.20 which is less than 5 mins slower than my PB set last year. Still happy with my run considering the conditions. Also I was waiting ages at the end for the red arrows, did they do a display over the sea? I was only 20 minutes later at the finish than normal but there was no sign of them..or were they there early?
