Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bras.....hmmph. I hated when they grew. It hurt so much. They were to big to begin with and now they are bigger. Hummph. I sooooooooooooo hope they go back to normal when I am done with the breastfeeding come September.

In other news I have registered for 2 5k runs while I am home in the USA. I'll be doing a lovely walk-run programme to get around.

Right, I'm back in (gentle) training mode no S is 6 weeks old.
Last night I ran 4 miles (3rd run since coming back last week - done 1 mile and 5k last week) and this morning I'm quite stiff, especially round my lower back & abs.

I'm concious that I need to take care of that area in particular because all my ligaments and stuff are still very loose but how do I know if it's because of that or if it's just general soreness from using muscles I haven't for a while? And does anyone know any good strengthening exercises I should be doing?

I'm off for a google now but any help and advice is appreciated. I'm itching to get back but don't want to injure myself either.
(am breastfeeding if that's relevant)
