Oh I shouldn't have clicked on this thread.

I'm going to buy a new one :)

So 310XT is the one for me do you think? Considering I want it for cycling too? Is it as chunky as the 205?

The 310XT is a little less chunky, but not far off the size of a 205.

Running is cheap, 'they' say.. Ha.! All you need is a pair of trainers, 'they' say.. Ha.! Oh and maybe a decent running T-shirt.. (don't want to get chafing nipples do we?) Mmm... decent socks would be a good idea.. Ha.! Maybe consider a paid of off-road shoes for those trails and boggy tracks..? Oh, and a waterproof hi-vis jacket to keep you warm and safe on the damp dark days..? Now then sir, how are you going to measure all those runs you need to do to get your money's worth with all this kit??

I've cancelled my gym membership and Sky Sports to pay for my 2 new pairs of trainers and Garmin 110 earlier this year [..head in hands and weeps..] - will it ever end..?!

Got a 110, which does all I need it to - but it died, completely blank screen after about six months. Apparently not that uncommon. Took a month to come back via Sweatshop. Training without it for that time knocked two minutes off my 10k pb, so I might leave it at home a bit more and run to perceived effort once or twice a week.
