sure Swedes/ Ukraine would love 32c too
Benie is an excellent manager Roberto. Even the Geordies liked him.

Forsberg would have had a hat-trick if it wasn't for the woodwork.

Neither side made much impact in the latter stages of the second-half. Ukraine were not even trying to overlap when 3 on 1, and Sweden could not penetrate the two banks of defenders.
This one has penalties written all over it unless someone hits a 30 yard screamer.

Benitez at Newcastle did excellently with negligible net spend - you could see the improvement in both the team and individual performances week on week

Three of the four best third-placed qualifiers have made it to the quarter-finals. Not a fan of the format but that's knockout football for you.

England should ease past Ukraine... although Ukraine have tons more quality than Iceland, and we know how that one ended.
Interested to see if the Danes can continue the intensity they have found since Eriksen's collapse. They pose the biggest threat on that side of the draw is my prediction.

Not only three of the teams that finished third in their group, but also a team (Denmark) who finished second after losing their 2 opening games.

Nellers, I said this morning that it is the hope that gets you... and that's the point. We have just beaten Germany and have potentially 2 eminently winnable games to get to a final. I can't wait but it is excruciating...
