But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Even during 4 years of consistent, fairly serious gymnastics training as a (surely more flexible) teenager, still couldn't do it.

Probably. Maybe I need hamstring extenders, like you can put in the waistband of your trousers if you're over weight ;-)
