Thanks @CumbriAndy for the not entirely unexpected points bonus when you picked some of my flowers. Plenty more where they came from. I was half expecting it, because I knew you were in the area. In fact you ran down my road. Was that you at about 7:30 this evening near The Freshfield? |

You're welcome. ![]() If you saw a tall bloke labouring along in a yellow top then yes, that may well have been me. I take it that it was you that infected my bug? Apologies for the newly activated traffic light. |

Yes - you ran past just as my wife was putting the dog in the car to go training. I thought it might be you because I recognise most of the local runners. I'll look out for the traffic lights |

What was wrong with GPS tonight? I swear I wasn't running over other people's houses or through their back gardens (or right across the centre island of the massive roundabout)... Took ages to get a GPS fix before starting off, and was not much better afterwards. Cost me a bug bonus, as I missed the one at the top right. Earlier today no issues. Garmin Forerunner 235.

When this kind of thing happens, it is reasonable to manually create an activity recording where you actually went. The GPS version would give an accurate time. You could then delete the GPS version, so you don't wrongly go through some tokens twice. E.g., other people's bugs or traffic lights.

Thanks - I've never created a manual activity before (definitely not with map data). How would I go about this? I've seen the "Add manual activity" in the training log, but what's the best way to get a correct course added to the activity? Cheers! |

No problem, @pbro. You choose 'Routes' > you choose 'Plot New Route' > you plot your route > you choose 'Make Training' > a new page appears with the route name prefilled, and you enter the rest of the details > you choose one of the save options.

Temporarily over 1000 points. It won't last, but nice to get to a bit of a milestone.
