Got knocked off in January so have taken to running since. raced in Dalby many years ago but have spent more time there watching various motor rallies since about 1976-that shows my age!

Quite short trails for XC but reasonable fun, very good if you like 4x or have one of those bikes with no saddle! chicksandsbikepark.co.uk I agree with Sherry, Betws y Coed is excellent (Marin Trail and Penmachno Trail).
