Previous owner of the van did not like the gas oven, so had it swapped for an electric oven. Both came with the van and we were asked which we wanted installed. Chose gas for flexibility. Also decided we don't like the gas oven, so getting them swapped back this week. |

The only places I’ve not been before were Eriskay and South Uist. Both were beautiful tbf. I find it hard to choose which I prefer out of them all, Barra or Harris.

Although the gas oven isn’t great, I prefer it for the off-grid cooking option (although I suppose I’ve also now bought a Jackery unit and an air fryer that could do the trick). |

It will only work on hookup, it's what made us choose the gas one initially. However, we're on hookup a lot. The rest of the time, I'd rather do without the oven anyway as it's that bad. Half my chips were raw, the other half were burnt. |
