Decided to banish post marathon blues by going out for a gentle recovery run, I fully intended to just do 2-3 but ended up doing 8. Oops.

Took it very easy though and will be resting up again now for a couple of days :-)

I ran with my shiny new marathon T-Shirt on feeling very pleased with myself - nice to see the ususal Edinburgh cynicism has returned, I had at least 3 or 4 people shout at me, "are you not finished yet then" :-)

Yes mate she was feeling better now.

Gonna take some time off recouperate etc sounds like lots of people had problems Sunday especially later on in the day
