I'm on a donut ban until at least Sunday

I have 6 weeks of hill climbs so all efforts are on weight loss so really am on 1 cheat day and it will be Sunday

Gobi, if it's for races, good effort.

If it's for training, have a doughnut every day if the 6 weeks, the extra weight will make for better training when you lose the weight for race day ;)
