Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gosh, I nip out for a walk and RtS day 2 and come back to a pile of newts and 2 new newts of the day!
Saw my first butterfly of the year - think it was a peacock, and my first fat furry bumble bee.

The washer has also completed a cycle so the unblocking worked :-)

Planted the potatoes. Usually Mr PL does that but he and J are starting to decorate J's bedroom.

Have gone mileage mad (just for today you understand). Nipped out wearing jeans and other non sportastic clothes and did a not very quick 1.6 run walk round the hilly block a couple of times to bring today's mileage up to a queenly 8 miles.

I dislike the number eight but it can't be helped. At least its not four.

Top mileage Sharks. We walked a total of 5.68 on top of our PT session. It’s enough for today, the wind is brutal.
WA we have seen a few of those bug fat furry bees too heart

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
