Anyone found any workable solutions? My feet hurt so much when I run :-(. GP offered no help at all.

Is it your big toe joints, Cyclops? I can think of one excellent runner whose running career was saved by a cheilectomy.

(I have an osteoarthritic big toe, but it's got a good range of movement even when it flares up.)

Yes, Vrap, it is. I was hoping somebody might have invented some running shoes that would help - or an insole or something. Should I go back to the GP?
