I’ve been running for over 30 yrs now but only recently been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis which has slightly curtailed my running I can’t do the longer distances now only managing up to 10k but it hasn’t got me down going out and running a 5k it still brings me home with a smile of achievement.
