Make sure you get a running one that you can fasten across the chest and/or wist. A lot of them are for bikers and pedalling doesnt produce as much bounce as running. Once you get the right one they are very comfy and useful.

It's really comfy and has plenty of space for a few bits and pieces. Like Red Squirrel, I put the bladder in the freezer when I'm not using it and it has stayed gremlin free.
