Oh Pootle! I thought there was a "no manky pictures" ordinance.

I've got some crackers I could post...

And "on topic", I regard tackling the blisters as one of the rewards of marathon running. It's great fun!

Those pics are a couple of years old though, which means unless Santa comes in here, which she won't because she hates feet, she won't see them again :-)

You could alyways upload to Flikr or Facebook and paste the links here?

I love popping blisters.
Then use the toenail clippers to cut away the loose skin.
I never cover them though.
And I too love picking at the crusty edges a day ot so latter.

Note - I only love doing all of this to my own blisters.
It's not some pervy foot fetish I am confessing to here.

Dowse, that's my technique too - Pop and tape down with elastoplast or similar. It's what we was taught in the army to do. Never used compeed, so no idea of its effectiveness.

Stander - gross and unhygenic. Just what I would expect. :-)

lol! some of you are quite gross :P

I generally dont pop mine as it hurts more once theyve popped although sometimes its unavoidable......

A few months ago after a 20+ mile training run i got a blood blister under my toe nail and it sent my toe numb! I did on that occasion pop it with a needle and it popped with such gusto i was quite suprised yet strangely satisfied lol!
