HI Fetchies In September I am going to be cycling 300 miles from Cardiff to Pudsey in West Yorkshire over 3.5 days. This is a huge challenge for me as I have never done anything like that kind of distance on a bike before and it will certainly test my mental strength as well as my physical strength. The reason I am doing this? Well it's my works signature challenge for the year for raising money for Children in Need, which is our partner charity of the year (as it was last year). Last year as a company we raised of £4million for the charity and I believe we are hoping to do so again. I was chosen to be one of 60 people to undertake this 'Tour de Pudsey' challenge out of about 160 applicants so I feel quite honoured. But as well as the physical challenge, I also have the challenge of raising £2,500. So I turn to you my Fetchie friends to see if you would consider sponsoring me. If you donate to Children in Need during the November telethon, would you consider using that donation as sponsorship for me instead? It will all go to the same place and you're money will still help disadvantaged children. Hi XB, that's lovely of you to offer. We are cycling in teams of 20, as part of an organised challenge so I'm not sure of the etiquette of people joining us. I can ask though if you're still interested.

I had this image of you cycling all alone through the wilds of the north and thought a bit of gentle encouragement would have helped. I'd still come for a few hours if I am around and it doesn't mess with your plans. I might even bring a quid or two.
