Oscar's Everyone Day
Sunday 23rd June 2024In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".
Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

Wow Jono! That's an impressive mileage! Well done!  I did 14 miles today, which puts me on 1472.5. Got a 16 miler planned for Saturday so, barring injury, illness or apathy, I now KNOW that I can do it! |

The Terminator
Nice little 12.5 miler this morning accelerating incrementally from 9.30mm pace to do last 5 at 8.15mm pace which is new long run plan as per P & D. Another 21 miles planned for the year which will leave me about 10 miles short of last years total, bit disappointed but had probably 20-25 days out altogether with illness which i didn't last year and 1900+ is still not to be sniffed at for a former fat bloater
