I've joined too, not sure what my plans are beyond VLM yet but if I can stay injury free up until that I should be on target at least for the first quarter of the year..

Ive signed up. Managed over 1300 this year with 6 weeks off with a stress fracture. So hoping an injury free year and I can manage this. Will be great to have encouragement from others with same aim. Hello all!

I'm in. 5 more will see me hit 1800 for this year but I'm looking at downgrading to 1500 as will hopefully be returning to work in 2011 :):)

nice one TT i was hoping another group was going to start , im in again this is the best group even though i got 1700 this year i always aim for a bit less as you never know whats around the corner.
