Linds - it was bloody hard work! Only managed it by getting into the wall sit position, then reading Fetch forum threads on my phone to distract myself!

We both did it in the kitchen.


See how easy I'm finding it. Liebling had on a woolly fleece and slippery shoes so in about 5 seconds she was on her backside! She took her shoes and fleece off and did it again, successfully, mind. :-)

I'm sure anecdotal evidence is invalid but the NHS physio set me 'sliding down wall and back up' squats to help my knee recover. Sets of 10 were tough, so I asked to swap them for reps on the leg press m/c at the gym.
