69 for me too but everyone else in our house has a stinking cold ... if I get it I'll miss out I think. This is the last one to complete the set ...

It's been good aiming for this during 2012 ... Currently on 1359 for he year and hit over 100 each month so far. BUT what will my 2013 targets ...
... I haven't been as quick as I'd hoped this year and can't help wondering if 25% ish extra miles have caused it.

If it hadn't been for my broken ankle I reckon I'd have hit 1600 for the year. 2013 target will be 1600

With all due respect this is not a lot of miles so miles wouldn't slow you down unless you have trained badly and therefore been in a state of fatigue.
The extra miles should have improved your aerobic engine so I suggest you look for other causes.

I'm up to 63 today after 10 miles in the sunshine. I've past last year's total and am one mile below 2010 at the moment
