Could it be used as the sweet balance in sticky marinades eg for vegetable kebabs or sticky oven-roasted tofu?

Thanks for suggestions. I stuck 10-20 grams in these little (invented) cakes I made this morning. I change the recipe almost every time so adding Maca powder was no big deal. I read it has a 'butterscotch' flavour, and obvs it works with cocoa (as here) They taste good, and the maca hasn't altered the texture which I like to be slightly rock bun-ish. Still with a 500g bag there's a lot to get through! SILLY me! |

Vegan Caesar salad: I'm going to try this - not that I'm vegan but I am trying to eat fewer animal products, and I'm intrigued by the use of aquafaba in the dressing: theguardian.com

I've never tried to mess with aquafaba myself, but it's in a lot of vegan sauces, mayo etc.
