AlanO Great run. Set off with Leanne Hamilton from Kilbarchan who beat me comfortably at the Glasgow Half and held her off the whole way round, just. Course was a bog but seemed to round ok. Also beat Dapperdan for the first time in years. Greenock Glenpark Harriers 13:11 80.58
bedlam_g Good strong team performance to take the bronze medal, only beaten by two incredibly quick Kilbarchan teams. Very muddy boggy course took its toll on the energy levels. Our girls took took a great silver medal. Bellahouston Road Runners, Cumbernauld AAC, Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 12:51 82.08
