Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Looking at the hills I doubt I'll be PBing, going along to enjoy the scenery!
Update: Well chuffed with my time, one of the most enjoyable, but tough HMs I have done. Some of the scenery across the top of the mountain was just stunning. The toughest bit of the ocurse was actually going down the hill rather than up it. Unless you regularly train on these type of goat trails then it can be a bit nerve wracking, I know I got passed by quite a few people going down.
Organisation was the usual for RunWales. TBH I'm getting used to it now, it is not the smoothest run of events, but somehow it all comes together in the end.

I like this race so will probably do it again, but one portaloo for 500 plus runners - seriously?????
