bonners Looking at the hills I doubt I'll be PBing, going along to enjoy the scenery! Update: Well chuffed with my time, one of the most enjoyable, but tough HMs I have done. Some of the scenery across the top of the mountain was just stunning. The toughest bit of the ocurse was actually going down the hill rather than up it. Unless you regularly train on these type of goat trails then it can be a bit nerve wracking, I know I got passed by quite a few people going down. Organisation was the usual for RunWales. TBH I'm getting used to it now, it is not the smoothest run of events, but somehow it all comes together in the end. |

Shadow I like this race so will probably do it again, but one portaloo for 500 plus runners - seriously????? |
