About Me | |
---|---|
Have been running since 2004 and have had my share of injuries but in August 2021 I suffered from sciatica in my right leg followed by back and pelvic pain. Have tried some running during these 4 months but it has been too painful. Currently waiting for results of x-rays on lumbar spine and pelvis. X-rays clear and MRI scan showed evidence of the sciatic nerve being in close proximity to a disc and possible bone spur in 2 places. No surgery required and have been given permission to run again.
