Rodders Tight hamstring from 6 miles meant shorteniong my stride and easing on the pace. Also a toilet break at mile 10 which didn't help my time.

RYAN_M Really looking forward to this race. Its organised by our club (Larne AC) so it's our home town race which adds that extra meaning and inspiration! Its a very scenic course and pretty flat apart from a middle portion which is a long-ish gradual climb. **Post Race Comments** Very happy with this time considering the gale force winds on the way out the Coast Road, it's funny how those winds never seem to help you on the way back though!! Hehe :o)
