Started running in May 2005 after going to a store to buy another pair of trouser and realising I had to purchase a bigger size again, thinking enough is enough I returned it back to the shelve and decided to lose weight and because I like my food to much I decided to take up running instead of dieting so I can still enjoy my grub.
After completing my first half marathon (1:40) I started to set some goals. Sub 1:30 half; sub 40min 10k and receiving a prize in my age category. In 2008 I completed two of the three goals 1:27 half, receiving 2nd prize in a 10k race, but sub 40 min I still have to achieve (40:06).
Now for my next set of goals – 1.To complete sub 40min 10k, 2. Sub 1:25 Half Marathon, 3. Good For Age marathon time for London
