Dochart A dry, mild evening with a breeze that for once seemed to help more than hinder made for good conditions tonight. Pleased with time, although split was 17:10 / 17:22 and it felt like I was grinding to a painful halt after the last turn. 82/180 Stragglers 31:45 33:23 34:27 66.30
Impossible is Nothing Went pretty well - I was feeling fitter and fresher than for a long time and even without any recent speedwork achieved a satisfactory time. Ran pretty strong throughout in slightly unusual wind conditions for this race. Won a spot prize for the first time! Result: 46 out of 180 Westbury Harriers 29:21 29:21 32:17 66.26
