baggieboy The last of this year prom run and it wasn,t the best. Couldn't see because the sands was in my eyes and to make things worst i was also eating the damn thing, as it was blowing a gale. Anyway 3 months to perpare for the next set of prom runs to get under the 33 mins. Quantock Harriers 32:50 33:21 34:22 64.92
Impossible is Nothing Aborted at halfway - right calf pull? Very windy but running well despite sore calf. Westbury Harriers 29:21 31:37
