15 Entrants Club PB SB Pred Time WAVA
baggieboy First race since last April after recovering from a low back/hamstring/calf injuries. Planning to help a club runner to a new PB, therefore i completing this race as training run. Achieved what i planned to do and help a running mate to achieve a PB. On to the race. A lovely route with a couple of small inclines, not to much to worry about. i will enter again next year for my own personal best, which is very achievable on this course. TingTong Always one of my favourite races, lost it a bit miles 8-10, but picked it up again going through the tunnel. Not quite target time, but best time since Bath Half last year, great to see some excellent PBs today. Exmouth Harriers AAC 1:19:53 1:23:20 1:22:30 1:24:06 70.57
Torbay This was a great race with perfect weather. A few hills until mile 7 then flat and fast last 6 miles. Nice to meet simes again and another pb for me so feeling great. Torbay Athletic Club and Torbay Tri Club 1:47:30 1:51:30 1:51:30 61.83
