Eye 10k, official time 45:00, 124/520.

Very pleased with run, went better than expected. First 4k into the wind with a small group of WJs, relief when turned left with the wind. Felt easy and good up to about 6k and then gradually slowed down. Need to get some more distance training in.

Looking back at diary this was my slowest 10k ever and 11.5mins from a pb. A lot of work to do. Say all that it felt great and fast, most enjoyable race in years.
