Hey saw the miles had dropped off. Hope everything is okay and you are still good for your marathon.
Hi, thanks for asking. All is good here apart from a busy day yesterday and nearly two hours of traffic and a lack of parking spaces that scuppered my plans for longer runs.
Less than two weeks to go to the marathon so probably not a bad thing to dial back a little on the mileage.
Glad to hear it's just life getting in the way! Yea time to start easing back. Is your marathon 26th?
