Thank you. I'm hoping to get a good few of these in whilst you're "away" from your usual haunts!
After all, I have no more "holiday" interruptions until November (just the normal ones of daily life .)
There will definitely be no long runs while I'm away, as for short ones 🤷♂️ there will be walking but that doesn't count 🙁
