Working them tired legs! Got to get the training in as I have Sunday and Monday off visiting AKA hours in the car and no moving

Fitness test week Sunday - sessions are feeling "easy" - I'm not having to work to excess although the high cadence isn't great I'm much improved.

That's what I am hoping ... Sunday 6hrs + to see Gnome then Monday 5hrs + to see in-laws. If possible I'd also like to see mum as we are off next week.
