22:59 on my watch but I imagine the official time will be just outside 23. ETA 23:00 dead! That would have been annoying if I had never broken 23! Pretty good run out, though, second fastest 5k, and it would have been a few seconds faster if I hadn’t started a bit far back and had rather a lot of overtaking to do!

Thanks! I lost a few seconds slowing down to check on someone who tripped - he was fine, got up laughing, but I wouldn’t have felt right not checking.
