Another walk, this time I allowed my HR to rise to the low-mid 70s.
It was windy, behind me for the first 2 miles, against me for the next 3 hence the slower pace.

I'm pleased you're still able to get out for some sort of physical exercise. It certainly was windy this morning.
It's so slow, I'm not sure it could be classed as exercise At least I'm getting out and sort of moving
I'm sure you would agree it's better than 4 walls.
