really enjoyed this,i said at the start that if i even get close to my pb today it would be a miracle.i was only 7secs slower so pretty pleased considering health issues recently not to have lost too much speed.
Ran with Davie the whole way,really enjoyed our battle and it definately helped push me along esp. in the last kilo.
tried to sprint finish past him but he was just too strong for me tonight.thats twice in one week Davie's beaten me by 1 second in a race! next time i might have to grab the back of his shirt and tug him backwards with ten yards to go!
