Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.
The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Grunty Fen half. Felt good and in control. windy stretches hence variable splits. Mile markers all over the place so best way to interpret splits is by placing. seasons bests at 5M, 10k and 10M as well as making this my 3rd fastest half ever. 1:48 slower than PB so will PB at GER in 4 weeks. Felt great mentally and even when slow 8th/9th/10th/11th miles knew that last 2 were wind behind and sl downhill so knew could run sub 6 pacve for the 2.11M at end. Great win by Paul. Great team runs by everyone. we now go into the road league final fixture putting both mens and womens so 1 last effort and a double title.
