Brrr ❄ Bravely done! Not sure I could cope with proper recoveries in these conditions.
The last couple were tough. And my old Timex watch died on the fourth recovery stint so I did them by guessing. Must have had brain freeze because I didn’t time them on my Garmin! 😂
