Brampton to Carlisle 10m road race(official time 1.00.35)
2nd half slightly harder than the first with more undulations but a decently fast course..
Felt pretty comfortable untill around mile 6 then had to start working a little,passed through 10k in 37.18(they had a marker on course)!!
nice wee pb to wrap up a decent run:)

Fantastic run but I know you can run faster You just need to keep up with me on strides through dodgy dundee..lol.
good run but about time you got your finger out.
