WOW when Caroline uses 10kg dumbbells note to self, 7kg is too heavy (at least for now)! I managed first couple of exercises with 7kg then dropped to 5kg. Great workout (when I was finished)
throughout and it was very demanding!
All you will need for this workout is your mat and dumbbells! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 10kg each!
