Lovely morning except that it's blowing a gale. I'm a bit tired anyway (didn't sleep all that well) and running would have been an ordeal but going out and walking for an hour seemed manageable. It was fine. Just very windy.

I bailed on running today also. It seems that I prefer fair weather for outdoor exercise these days :)
