One of your regular runs with mum, GG. Is she keeping well now, and what weekly mileage does she do?
She’s doing amazing Ev somewhere around 15 but she’s trying to catch up from her 6 weeks layoff - I’m trying to keep her expectations real. She seems to be struggling post 2nd jab bit no other symptoms. Hopefully she’ll be back on track soon.
How are you after yours?
I had no side-effects until the day after, when I felt quite weary, and I slept for 2 hours in the afternoon! Apart from that no probs. except for a bit of ache on the arm.
That’s good my dad was very run down and achy the day after the day after too and only the one day.
