I fancied a run when I woke up :-)
However thinking it was going to be gales and potential rain my belly won the argument for breakfast.
Aim - complete the run.
My belly felt uncomfortable for the first 3 miles. No idea why I got so much faster towards the end but I felt really good.
High HR throughout but to be expected still.
