Target:
Really easy pace for a bit over 12 miles to get me close to par for the GVRAT without messing up next week's Centurion virtual race.
Heart rate says yes to easy. 10:12 and just drifting into Z2? (fist bumps self arrogantly)
Probably should have started out very slightly slower to keep the pace constant, but not losing any sleep over that.
Very windy. Got lightly spattered with rain at one point, but the heavy rain missed me which meant I got to see a spectacular double rainbow without paying for it by looking like a drowned rat.
