St Neots Half 2018
Deceptively quick route - goes up and down a bit but those downhill last three miles are made for PBing. And that's what I did, for the third time here since 2007. Never got near those times anywhere else!

Had to untie and retie a shoelace just before 10 miles as my foot swelled to the point it was hurting - lost a good 30 seconds there and thought that I'd left my goal there too, but managed to reel it back in.
