It seems very windy where you are
Yes! My observation of living here opposed to the South West is that we have it drier but it is definitely windier.
Which do you prefer?
Being drier has its benefits but find the windiness tiresome. At least it is flatter here than Deepest Darkest Devon
But hills are your friends
The hills round here suit me fine. The ones I have to contend with at work are nearly at Devon standards
