March Spud Run 5m - 1st place
Temperature was perfect, bit of rain before the start made the course a bit greasy in flats.
1st mile was fast; Paul Vernon ran 4.59.
After that just tucked in until 4 miles, then made the decisive break.
Legs a bit heavy from racing yesterday, but felt ok after the first few miles.
Conditions weren't directly comparable, but over 2 minutes faster than I ran in the March Frostbite in January on the same course.
